"What do you do?"
A question asked expecting simplicity. It’s never been that simple for me. The titles I had access to came with boxes that were too small to convey my contributions to the world and my true Essence. Qualified Mental Health Specialist, Teacher, Therapist/Counselor, Trainer, Consultant, Coach; none of these words expressed what I did or how I BE. So, I’ve decided to climb out of those boxes, drop those titles, and live in the freedom of being an experience.
I am a Spiritual Force of Divine Power and Love. I help people expand their capacity to experience Love and Freedom. I walk alongside people as they Journey Home to Self. This could include clarifying old narratives by addressing and healing past trauma, exploring Spirituality and connecting with Spirit though our bodies, our dreams, our desires, our destinies, our ancestors, and spirit guides. It could include examining beliefs and the impact oppressive systems have had on them. Perhaps it is preparing for upcoming life transitions or navigating the transitions that are present. Or, maybe it is something completely different. We operate in the power to choose our own path. This isn’t therapy. This isn’t coaching. It’s a Soul Journey.
Together the Journeyer and I create a Soul Journey Plan (SJP). SJPs are customizable blueprints toward personal freedom and collective liberation. This isn’t just 60-minute office visits or virtual calls, it’s a Relationship. Walking in abundance, we make agreements about frequency, duration, location, and intention for our gatherings. We decide how we will Journey together.
I Journey with entire families! We're not talking office visits or group Zoom calls but an immersive experience where each member of the family has their own individual Journey and the family actively engages in generational resourcing and healing.
